Founded in 1966 the Chicago Bailliage brings together the city’s most distinguished culinary professionals, restaurateurs, and passionate amateurs united by their devotion to the art of fine cuisine and exceptional wine. Our chapter is among the oldest and most respected in the United States, carrying forward a tradition of conviviality and gastronomic excellence that spans over half a century.
Chicago’s culinary scene is one of the world’s great dining destinations, and our Bailliage reflects that energy. From Michelin-starred tasting menus to intimate curated dinners, our 2026 calendar celebrates the full spectrum of gastronomy in the city we love.
