At S.K.Y., Chef Gillanders translates his most inspiring international experiences into a menu that is as approachable as it is sophisticated. Named after his wife, Seon Kyung Yuk, the restaurant features bold flavors and unexpected textures—such as his celebrated Maine Lobster Dumplings or Foie Gras Bibimbap.
