The Bailliage de Chicago presents our annual black-tie gala dinner and induction ceremony. This is the crowning event of our 2026 calendar, where new members are formally inducted into the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs and receive their membership certificate and the ribbon denoting their rank.
This evening celebrates the culmination of a year of extraordinary dining, fellowship, and the shared pursuit of gastronomic excellence. Venue details to be announced.
