We reunite in this serene West Town sanctuary to witness how Chef Dave Park and Jennifer Tran continue to evolve their deeply personal narrative through a sophisticated, contemporary lens.

The Culinary Evolution
Named after Chef Park’s grandmother, Jeong is an exploration of “Korean-inspired” cuisine that balances traditional fermentation and bold flavors with meticulous French technique. The kitchen will present a tasting menu that reflects the transition into the summer harvest.
